PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our ADR series rectifiers are microprocessor controlled. The network voltage is reduced to the appropriate value with the help of an isolation transformer, and the desired output voltage is kept constant with the help of the angle applied to the thyristors.

With the help of microprocessor, optimum charging is achieved by charging the batteries with 3 different charging methods: TRICKLE, BUFFER, and BOOST charging. For DC supply purposes, the required operating mode is selected with the help of the selector on the control card that can be moved to the panel. After specifying the purpose of use of the rectifier in the order, the LC filter mechanism required for DC supply is added to the device during the manufacturing phase.

Manufacturing can be done between 12V - 220V, and 10A - 500 A for the battery group and DC supply unit. There are options suitable for 3-phase and 1-phase network conditions. Overcurrent, overheat, low voltage, high voltage protections are available as standard, and earth leakage protection is offered as an option. Output current and voltage adjustments can be made with 0-1 OV analog signal input.

With the help of the LCD screen, the operating status information of the device can be monitored, and the operating parameters of the device can also be adjusted. LEDs on the panel inform the user about malfunctions or normal operating conditions.

The operating status information of the device can be monitored on the PC via the RS232 unit. There are dry-contact information and 0-10V and 4-20 mA analog output signals. 3-phase rectifiers can be manufactured with standard 6 pulses. Quality output signal can be obtained with 12 pulse and 18 pulse rectifiers. Additionally, by increasing the number of pulses, network harmonics are minimized.
